Disappointing. We had stayed here...

Liked: Room was updated and clean. Hotel is in good location. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Walls were very thin. We could hear the person snoring in the next room and people in the hallway. Also, we went to get a drink in the bar and staff started arguing in front of us and messed up our bill and then wouldn’t fix it.

Liked: The location to the Performing Arts Center
Disliked: Our rooms ac/heating system was stuck on 75° and it was super uncomfortable to sleep.

Perfectly located in the heart...

Liked: Facility was very nice. Location is excellent.
Disliked: Staff personnel . From messages not being returned and left unanswered by the office staff to waitstaff at the bar and restaurant being extremely slow. Not very professional.

Pleasant

Liked: The updated room was very nice. The staff was also very friendly and easy to work with. We had four children under the age of 14 with us and they were able to work out our rooms where we were able to have adjoining rooms. The location is fabulous. We were able to walk to the performing arts center for the show we went to that evening as well as walk and get dinner versus waiting for doordash or delivery.
Disliked: The pool walls had quite a bit of mold on them. One of the members of our party was in the pool area for about 30 minutes and had such a bad allergy attack that she could no longer use the pool or the pool area. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was so that the kids could all swim. So that automatically excluded one of the children. The coffee maker in one of our two rooms was broke. The handheld shower head in one of our two rooms was also broke. They're in check out there was a gentleman who had a small electric space heater in his hand and as he gave it back to the front desk she asked if it was sufficient to heat his room last night. Being in Wisconsin the overnight low was about 15°. So it was surprising that they let somebody stay in a room without heat instead of moving him to a different room.
