Liked: Is clean and big, breakfast was great in flavor and variety, room were clean and neat, located in an accessible area close to a lot of business. Gave me jadewater bracelets just for being using booking.com
Disliked: Since facility is huge there was a big hassle to park, and to check in. I had to walk 4 blocks approximately to park my car. 1st drop off are is clogged with car and parking valets weren't well organized, driver didn't know what to do or where to go, after been driving around finally I found my way to the very checking entrance and I was directed to go inside to checking, I had to make a long line and there only two receptionist for regular guest meaning not premium, I never found out was that was, and one receptionist for the premium, once a got there they gave me the key to my room handed over a map and I was asked if I was going to use parking valet or self-parking, prices were self 37 per night valet 67, unbelievable, by the way they didnt informed me about breakfast timevor where to go. so I went straight to my room like distance of 4 Blocks from the reception to drop my luggage, went back to the main entrance to pick up my car another 4 blocks back, there I started looking for parking # 4 the was like 5 blocks from main checking entrance and 1 1/2 block from my room building area. I had to look for myself and figure this out because like a mention everybody seemed stressed out and in a rush. Now prices are very very high for a tray of cheese dip $15 plus taxThe jadewater bracelets I couldn't use, because by the time I wanted to go park wasn't even open and they didn't inform me about schedule hours either, so check out was at 11:00 am, considering all this walking to go from one point to another I only had a little time eat breakfast that was it was included in the price, pack up my stuff, pick up my car and drive back to the check out point. I won't back to the hotel, I thing I could've get more value using a different one

Disliked: The cleanliness of our room could have been way better. We paid 400$ for one night and there was blood stain the one of the beds bedding, the bathtub had soap scum all over. Definitely not worth what we paid.
