Disliked: Well our had water coming down from the ceiling in the restroom as well as by the bed, they moved us and unfortunately the room wasn't clean but moved us again to a suite with view, but Friday we spent our time moving from room to room.

Liked: This is a great resort-like experience for kids near Dallas downtown. Hotel facilities and swim pool are incredibly well maintained. The staff is very attentive and polite.
Disliked: This is not a value hotel if you’re travelling on a budget. Everything is very expensive from food to parking and there aren’t many options available within a walking distance.

Liked: easy walk from elevator. Nice view. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: No soap at the basin just outside the bathroom. Would suggest a soap dispenser or a bar of soap there as well.The hot water in the shower took a long time to come in, so I may have wasted a lot of water waiting for it to warm up. How about in line heaters for the rooms?We had a large group and the water in the meeting room containers ran out.Food prices were unreasonably high. ($8 for a 16 oz water; $30 for a subsidized box lunch). Otherwise, it was great!

Liked: The hotel was extremely convenient while we attended a convention hosted there. It is very clean and conveniently located between DFW and the Downtown area.

Liked: I paid for a King size room but got stuck with 2 queen size beds.
Disliked: I don’t like being lied to, I booked a paid ahead for a king size but didn’t get what I paid for. They were not able to give me a refund since I booked with Booking not direct.
