Great Stay (with a few...

Liked: We had a nice stay at the Hilton Anaheim. We much enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks in the hotel, the spacious and clean room with an incredibly comfortable bed, and the perfect location near Disneyland! The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing.
Disliked: While our stay had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The hotel was quite pricey, and the first room we were given had issues with the water and flush. Although the staff resolved it quickly, they initially tried to downgrade us before finding an equivalent room. Additionally, much of the hotel is under construction at the moment, and we were woken up by noise most mornings. Thankfully, we received a credit toward our booking as compensation, which helped offset the inconvenience.

Very good

Stay elsewhere. Not giving Disney...

Liked: Don’t usually do this, but it was really bad. I can’t report anything positive.
Disliked: Room was noisy and bed not comfortable. There were renovations going on which made the lobby look and feel like a work zone. Food was not good. One of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Superb

Liked: We upgraded our room and was on the newly renovated 14th floor
Disliked: Didn’t enjoy the renovations as they are halfway through upgrading the facilities. It was quite noisy during the day when trying to rest and we had an issue with no water on the last day..

Nightmare

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: The room was small, it smelled like a damp towel - the ongoing renovations were an eye sore; the pool area was dirty! for what I paid I should have received better accommodations!

Exceptional

Great Location, property is tired...

Liked: The location was walking distance to Disneyland. Was in a great location.
Disliked: We did not know until we arrive that the property was under construction so therefore, we did get some money off the room, but we could not change rooms.

Very outdated and dirty

Liked: The staff were helpful
Disliked: The hotel is completely out dated and extremely dirty. Rooms furniture is scratched, dirty and stained, the bathroom is dirty and stained. The hotel looks more like motel and a Hilton

It was not a pleasant...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The hotel was under major renovation, and we were not made aware of this when we made our reservation. We made our reservation through booking.com and feel that they did not make us aware of the major renovation. The lobby and many associated shops and facilities were closed. The facility had a smell of cement and construction dust. Although our room was quiet on the 7th floor, the lobby was extremely noisy with construction work and loud music designed to cover it up. We would not have stayed there if we had known that the construction was in progress. Please be more upfront about these types of issues.
