I am always going to stay here when I come to Houston - by far the best hotel I've stayed in. 10 stars on my behalf!

Liked: They had almost everything and a fantastic view.
Disliked: Nothing was bad - everything was amazing.

Liked: Bed was so soft and it was nice and clean.
Disliked: They overcharged me and our television would not work and when I brought it to their attention they just said OK, like it happens all the time. When I pay that much for a room I would at least like to watch something maybe.

Hotel was great! From the time we drove up to the parking garage until we checked out, our experience was excellent. Location of the hotel was exactly what we were expecting; room was great; our view was superb and staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Disliked: No fridge or microwave and parking expensive.

Liked: Very nice hotel.
Disliked: Very crowded before and after concert.

Got into our room and the A/C was not working. Jose came from maintenance and had our room cooled down when we arrived back from the concert. Thank you.

Disliked: One minor hickup.
