Had the most relaxing two days at the Hilton enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym. The food was excellent; the hotel staff very efficient. Lovely, wonderful, guest room with two queen size beds.

Disliked: Limited lunch menu..expensive food and drinks.Insufficient staff in bar after 2100 or at check out 1030 in morning. Staff with insufficient knowledge of coffee machines. Toasters at wrong settings.

Liked: The hotel is excellent and the facilities are great. Everything is clean. However, the service is absolutely terrible. Each individual member of staff is pleasant and helpful but the overall service is slow, and completely inadequate. The wait for check in was around 20 minutes, the bar was the same, possibly longer, and the restaurant was painfully slow. I didn’t bother checking out because there was only one staff member on reception and at least five people waiting to check out. Hilton really need to employ more staff and make sure they are appropriately trained for their roles.

Liked: Exceptional service from the moment we checked in until check out. Will on reception was very helpful, friendly and professional. Dylan in the bar was superb (many thanks) Room was immaculate and a good size. Breakfast was enjoyable with a brilliant pancake making machine. Would stay here again.
