Friendly staff. Easy to find. If you are in Billings for medical reasons it is located right next to medical facilities. Couple of restaurants nearby.

Liked: Courteous staff and very clean.
Disliked: The bed was pretty broken down, but everything was very clean.

It was okay

Liked: I like almost everything. Staff was great, the lady blonde hair at the front desk was great..when she was working she was funny and friendly. Also she cooked fresh popcorn and cookies for the guests that were free. The rest of the staff was great too. The breakfast was okay..the omelets were fabulous.i ate so many of them.
Disliked: Well I know they were getting new furniture. But we had to wait for our room to get ready..when we checked in after 4pm.. the beds were really hard.i couldn't get comfortable..there was a bug in the room(stink bug) which was nothing.i would have put another lamp on the other side of the bed instead of just 1.so the other person had a plug to use without moving the furniture.
