Friendly staff. Easy to find. If you are in Billings for medical reasons it is located right next to medical facilities. Couple of restaurants nearby.

Disliked: The bed was pretty broken down, but everything was very clean.

Liked: room very clean. extremely soft blankets on bed.
Disliked: mattress was bumpy/lumpy and very uncomfortable.had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the outside of the door. And while I was USING the bathroom, housekeeping opened the door and quickly left. BUT did NOT make sure the door was latched when they closed it. It closed when I looked out peephole in door, looking out into the hall, after I finished using the bathroom. VERY UNSETTLING!!!! I had the deadbolt unlocked so my daughter could get back in, in the case that I was in the bathroom.
