Adequate but not up to...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Guy at reception was helpful.
Disliked: The room needed a lot of fixing up, heaters munted, overall a very very tired room.The other room we booked, was not quite as bad.Sorry to say but the roadside appeal is awful. Needs some work done on the whole complex.
