Lovely place

Liked: Great location. Helpful & friendly staff.Room was big & extremely clean. Bed was super comfy.Breakfast was absolutely 'spot on'

Liked: Very quiet, great location in Lickey Hills but near all facilities. Good breakfast included.
Disliked: Some areas could do with a refurb but did not impact on comfort

Liked: Comfortable rooms, and staff are friendly. Was there for business , facilities ensured a comfortable stay.

Disliked: lots of parking. room was clean and i had a good nights sleep

Good with some niggles

Liked: I wanted to change rooms and this was done without question and dealt with professionally. The hotel dealt with my GF requests. The room was comfy and well equipped.
Disliked: There was a good deal of noise overnight from the kitchen extraction system so as a light sleeper this was problematic. Although I was signed in as needing a GF breakfast, the restaurant staff didn't seem aware of this and there were no alternative cereals and breakfast items.
