Set in 25 acres of beautiful grounds Hillscourt is nestled in the Lickey Hills 6 miles from Bromsgrove. It offers modern rooms with flat-screen TVs free Wi-Fi a bistro-style restaurant and bar. Very good

Liked: breakfast was excellent
Disliked: lots of parking. room was clean and i had a good nights sleep

Good with some niggles

Liked: I wanted to change rooms and this was done without question and dealt with professionally. The hotel dealt with my GF requests. The room was comfy and well equipped.
Disliked: There was a good deal of noise overnight from the kitchen extraction system so as a light sleeper this was problematic. Although I was signed in as needing a GF breakfast, the restaurant staff didn't seem aware of this and there were no alternative cereals and breakfast items.

Clean and comfortable, overall good...

Liked: Great location, the room was very clean and comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was superb!
Disliked: Although the room was clean, it could do with a slight refurb, although the price does reflect this.Everything else made up for it. There was an 80th birthday party in the function room, my room was situated almost directly above so there was a bit of noise. I did manage to get to sleep, fortunately. Good job I took my Earplugs.

Liked: Great service!
Disliked: Rooms are tired and dated. Shower area you could see where things are rotting. Shower tray higher up than normal so you nearly fall getting out and I think others have already made that mistake.
