Not what I expected could...

Liked: I like the location were the hotel is. The staff was great.
Disliked: The breakfast there is not hot food besides waffles. Only one brand of cereal. No other option on cereal. Had to go get breakfast. The coffee was gross. Room. No Microwave in the room. To start off that is no good for us staying 3 nights. The head board above bed are not dusted there was food behind the chair in the room. Also hair in the sink and tub. The fridge barely work we had to turn it all the way up just to get a little cold. The beds where nice besides my sister bed was caved in like the box spring was broken. The rooms look like they haven’t been deep cleaned in awhile. I work at a best western and this is not what I expected from something that is by best western. I expected clean rooms and a room with a microwave, a working fridge. Would not stay here again definitely will be looking into something better next time

Liked: Nothing. I never even got to check in.
Disliked: The fact they took my money even though I was to pay at the counter when I got there. And never actually arrived on the hotel grounds.
