Liked: Lovely clean room, great position for the M1
Disliked: The room was cold when I got in. I had to ask receptionist to sort the heating out in the room.

This will be our regular...

Liked: The location was perfect for a "snooker club" visit. Lovely room although cold as the heating is broken. We were provided with a fan so that was really great service. The water was hot and the shower was a good pleasure. Nice clean kettle and really lovely comfortable bed. The breakfast in the attached Greene King pub is such good value and is delicious too.
Disliked: The heating being broken and getting to the room ro find they left the windows open. It was freezing. But wecwere provided with a heater within 5 mins of asking.

Disliked: Food was cold and shocking and had to be returned on the first evening.Our room had hairs in the bath and a random hair in the bed which we did not complain about.The next morning we went for breakfast and was refused this was at 8:55 am after being told breakfast was served until 9 am.We complained about this, we then left the establishment for a day out at the zoo to return to be refused access to our room.We were excused of smoking in our room which was a complete lie. We were then told the person we spoke to that morning was the general manager. Which indicates that the manager did not like that we complained and made an accusation to have us leave the property and that our booking had been cancelled.We asked to speak with her and she refused to come down and made someone else deal with what was her shocking accusation and behaviour.Overall a dreadful experience and not recommended.
