This was a good little motel. I can't find anything to complain about really. Not a whole lot of blankets on the beds so I'd recommend bringing some of your own. But this was the cleanest MOTEL I've ever stayed in. No bugs. Really nice owners. No frills but all I needed was a clean and safe place to sleep while in town for a concert. It's close to everything. Cost less then 5 bucks to take an Uber to the Orpheum. I'd defintely stay here again!

Liked: Everything was great. Location, facilities, etc.
Disliked: My only negative thing about the location: the room had fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything had to be plugged in. It would have been nice to leave one or two plugs open to plug my devices. I only found one available plug in the bathroom. I had to move the furniture and unplug room devices to get to the plug.

Only complaint is too much...

Liked: Loved the connecting rooms!
Disliked: Driveway at weird spot for getting in/out right next to busy intersection.

Excellent budget choice

Liked: We love this hotel, and they recently did some remodeling that makes it even better. We've stayed here 5-6 times in the last couple of years. The price is very reasonable and the rooms include amenities you might find in a more expensive hotel including a Keurig with good coffee, kleenex, a refrigerator, a microwave, a table and two chairs. The floors are hardwood and the place is very clean. The location is excellent for walking to downtown or campus and there is a grocery store across the street.
Disliked: If I had to pick something that we did not like it would have to be the fan in the bathroom that is attached to the light. You can't have light without the fan. And it is so loud that I found myself using the bathroom without light whenever possible.
