Disliked: Room was so tiny we barely didn't have enough for our suitcases they shouldn't advertise as a small private hotel its a backpackers

Disliked: The staff member was antagonist and arguementativeand in his attitude towards my wife in his manner. He challenged her from the outset with a prolonged stare refusing to look away on our arrival for which he was unwelcoming because we had arrived early. We accepted we were early and requested to leave our luggage. As a consequence of his manner my wife lost trust and felt compelled to photograph evidence of our luggage in an under stairs cupboard. He did calm a little as time went on as maybe he remembered a review would be due.The point of contention is travellers of all ages are often tired and vulnerable on arrival and his attitude was totally inappropriate . My wife has travelled extensively globally and this was the most unaccommodating and off putting experience. We have a lot of family traveling next year to Sydney and will ensure they do not book this hotel.The accommodation was just about ok, the shower room was tiny and the shower components were loose only just fit for purpose.the kettle was disgusting and the water was the colour of the Amazon river I would say for a young back packer it just about meets your needs if you arrive filthy, desperate and tired. My wife has experienced much kinder, accomodating and decent accommodation in South East Asia and this is Sydney, no excuses pure greedThis is over priced.
