Amazing, as always

Liked: We stay here every year to attend a music festival and it has been amazing every single time. Very clean, modern rooms and the staff are always very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Parking isn’t ideal but it is Sydney and not a fault of the hotel.

Tiny room

Liked: The location is superb.
Disliked: The room and bed are both much smaller than Avoca. There are no blackout curtains and light from outside shines right at you. The shower door doesn't close properly resulting in water splashing onto the toilet floor. The common kitchen was not well equipped. There's no tea/coffee and milk where you can have with your breakfast. We had to go back to our room to have our hot beverages after breakfast.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great shower. We loved the location - close to great restaurants, supermarket and the hospital that one of us needed to visit.
Disliked: Administration was a bit clunky. The one staff member that we actually saw was very unwell.Room was a bit smaller than we expected. Would have been great if the kitchen was open for longer hours.
