Had a great stay there. Was peaceful and the room was very comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Disliked: Grubby. Dirty bedding, dirty mattresses lent at side of room door, dirty mattresses outside window with rubbish. Dangerous broken slabs on steps, dangerous broken tiles on bathroom floor. Broken shower, dirty drawers, WiFi didn't reach the room, TV not programmed in, when it finally was didn't work because of WiFi. Staff were no help and clueless. No fridge in room despite advertised (needed it for medication). Not good for disabled access, several stairs.
