Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful and located near the attractions we came to see.
Disliked: The beds were hard, even our children complained about their backs hurting the next day. The extra fees cost as much as the room.

Liked: We had dinner there two times. The food service was good. We spent the day is wondering around town seeing the World War II museum. You have a good location for that.
Disliked: The tub faucet in our room is about to fall off the wall otherwise, the room is fine. Room 437. Regarding our check out. We were told the night before that someone was on staff at the desk 24 hours a day and to call the desk when we were ready for a cab to come get us at 4:30 in the morning. We were told to call 10 minutes to 15 minutes early. We did that and nobody answered the phone. I called twice. We went down to the lobby to check out and there was nobody at the front desk. After a few minutes a young lady came out from behind through a door behind the desk. Needless to say we were 15 minutes late to the airport and had to rush. Generally speaking, your snaff is not as friendly as it should be.

Liked: Lovely facility, great breakfasts, nice bar in the lobby. Wonderful location for the WWII museum.
Disliked: The Rooftop bar was very small inside, and the menu very limited.

Liked: Beautiful common space, good location to shop and eat on Mag St and uptown, or to the Quarter.
Disliked: Had to call 3 of 4 mornings for bath towels and toilet paper as room was not serviced except once in 4 days! Otherwise a “10”.
