Exceptional

Liked: Great location, close to all the interest points. Clean and big room, with a comfy bed. Staff was great and friendly, super helpful before and upon arrival. They assisted us nicely with our tours and everything we needed for our weekend.
Disliked: Just some more towels (we only had two) different sizes (medium/large)

Age Pensioner

Liked: Location was excellent and the hotel cleaning staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I am an aged Pensioner on my own and found it so very difficult to bring my luggage through the garage to the hotel foyer. The ramp was not safe no hand rail needed assistance with this task but non offered.

lovely historic hotel in the...

Liked: big room, very clean and comfortable. it is a historic hotel right in the middle of town
Disliked: milk sachets in room for tea, bathroom taps could do with an upgrade soon
