Well having said all that...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and very accomodating.The balcony was a nice bonus
Disliked: Well - we were not informed there was no elevator - and that we had to use stairsFriend was on oxygen - had to carry that with suitcase - so it would have been great had someone asked or informed us if needed a ground floor. The rugs in the hallways were very dirty and quite off putting. We wanted to have coffee at around 11:00 and order a meal and were told there was no food service on a Saturday - that was a bit sterange to me - so we went to Deerhurst for breakfastb

Disliked: I didn't like how 4 people entered the jacuzzi next to me with their clothes on and stayed as long as they wanted. No one from the staff came to tell them it's not allowed. To my horror they stayed inside as long as they decided. Disgusting !

Liked: The room was comfortable and cleanFridge in room, no freezerGood quality coffee for the keurig in roomBathroom was clean, they may have missed one towel that was dirty and the Shower head lacked the ability to actually spray more then one limb at a time.
Disliked: The service was rude at check in, seemed like the because we booked with this online discount that they gave us the basement dungen room. They also held over $300 on our credit card even though we paid over $200 online and resort fees, but the additional hold is for over 20 days before its released. The staff at checkout didn't understand why they held so much. Seemed like the individual may have been making judgment towards us, or there isn't an general policy as to how much they hold. That felt un professional and rude. So we were very disappointed as we have always heard such good things regarding the resort.

Won't stay here again

Liked: Good location was pretty much all that went for it
Disliked: Carpets were stained all over. They hadn't even been vacuumed. Some of the staff customer service was poor, not all though. Would like the resort fee clear when booking rather then having that ontop at the end as that wasn't a planned cost
