Liked: Very charming old house, Amber was very hospitable and we felt more than welcome. Eureka Springs is a wonderful place to visit, we can't wait to go back.

Very pleased with the accommodations...

Liked: The breakfast was good. It was hot and tasty and was delivered to our room. Our host was friendly and personable. The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere very cozy.
Disliked: The TV was very small. But this was not a big deal.

Good location, good facilities, good...

Liked: Good location with proximity to town without being in the throngs of it! On site parking was super. Host was exceptional.
Disliked: The barking dog the manager brought in the mornings was untrained and annoying.

Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like. I loved everything about this place and will definitely be back!

Quaint Bed and Breakfast

Liked: Private entrance, nice size cottage. Amber was there to greet me at my arrival. She was knowledgeable about a few things that I had questions about. John delivered a wonderful breakfast promptly at the time I designated. Would definitely stay again. I was in the Hillside cottage.

Unique and comfortable stay with...

Liked: The property was built in 1902 so it’s old. Very interesting area in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, which is unique within itself. Amber took good care of us. The breakfast was great, enjoyed it!
Disliked: If you’re looking for new and modern this isn’t it. But, we enjoyed to surroundings, all was comfortable and clean. The bed slept great. It had a wall gas heater that was difficult to adjust but not really a problem, just turned on and off as needed.

Liked: Amber was so kind and welcoming! We loved the location and the breakfast was so good! The cottage was very quaint and private. Really appreciated the water and snacks!
