Overall it was a great...

Liked: The location is very good, the hot pools and sauna is good
Disliked: The hot pools are bit crowded. They have two pools and only one have the warm water, I wish the second pool was also hot water so people can go in there as well as it gets too crowded.

Overall will be back again...

Liked: The outdoor pool is great when it was working and a decent temp, we love the room to use a kitchenette and accompanying larger families.
Disliked: We’ve come 5 times as a family in the last 4 years, we found one of the staff extradonarily unhelpful and rude the duration of our stay.

Great base from which to...

Liked: Pretty location, convenient access to Banff, and overall commitment to sustainability.
Disliked: It was surface clean but some of the less obvious spots needed a good cleaning, noisy neighbors, and the hot tub was on the cool side.
