Superb

Liked: Early breakfast, coffee station upon late arrival, proximity to food, clean rooms despite rust on tub
Disliked: Some rust on tub, price was exorbitant, no smart tv with streaming capability

We enjoyed everything!

Liked: We loved everything about this place, the staff, the service, the views, the pool, breakfast, the beds...will definitely be staying here again!
Disliked: Nothing negative to report!

Dirty

Liked: The last room I stayed at was amazing! Worth the money. This time the view was great thats about it
Disliked: Our lamp has issues shorting out. Our bed sheets were dirty, smelled rancid had to strip our bed and get new sheets. Hotel hot tub was down. Lint all over our sheets and for more money I got a worse room? Last time I paid less got topFloor room was beautiful bathroom was beautiful everything was perfect. This time I paid 90$ more and basically got a motel room.

Liked: Remodeling going on but it was still very clean and everything was out of the way.
Disliked: Little bit of construction noise during the day, but not sure if it was on or next to the property. So might not have been anything they could have done about it.

Never stay there again

Liked: I did not like anything on the property. I have stayed there before and I gave high reviews of it, but they didn’t list on here at Booking.com that they are having construction going on. The only thing I liked about the property is right next to Chili’s that’s it.
Disliked: I feel like they did not inform you guys that they had construction going on the whole lobby was all tore up. They have having the continental breakfast in a different room. My room was not very nice. There had big stains on the table where the luggage goes there was dust and the phone did not work in the room and most of all they charge me a $20 incidental, but there was nothing to have been charged on so I don’t understand, but I would have to get this from one to 10 a two

Exceptional

Liked: They are doing some renovations in the lobby, but overall, I found the property very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. And it's located right on the river so it's got a nice view

Liked: Loved the bed! Got a good night's sleep. Staff very polite and helpful.
Disliked: I was a little taken aback with all the construction, but the staff worked around that.
