Never stay there again

Liked: I did not like anything on the property. I have stayed there before and I gave high reviews of it, but they didn’t list on here at Booking.com that they are having construction going on. The only thing I liked about the property is right next to Chili’s that’s it.
Disliked: I feel like they did not inform you guys that they had construction going on the whole lobby was all tore up. They have having the continental breakfast in a different room. My room was not very nice. There had big stains on the table where the luggage goes there was dust and the phone did not work in the room and most of all they charge me a $20 incidental, but there was nothing to have been charged on so I don’t understand, but I would have to get this from one to 10 a two

Liked: They are doing some renovations in the lobby, but overall, I found the property very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. And it's located right on the river so it's got a nice view

Liked: Loved the bed! Got a good night's sleep. Staff very polite and helpful.
Disliked: I was a little taken aback with all the construction, but the staff worked around that.

Liked: Checking in with Peggy was very inviting. She was the highlight of our stay. Breakfast offerings were very pleasant and enjoyable. Morning staff was very friendly
Disliked: Hotel is a bit dated, was happy to see renovations occurring.

Liked: I love everything about this place. I stay there every time I am in Marble Falls.

Great family place or just...

Liked: Amenities were great. Loved the location on the Colorado river and comfortable seating outside. Large continental breakfast to choose from and the staff was super helpful. I had a problem with the microwave in my room not working and maintenance promptly showed up to swap out a part and made sure that it worked properly. The mini fridge was a nice touch. We will stay here again! A couple of restaurants and parks within walking distance.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little dated but functional. Renovations in progress, so no lobby area at the moment, but outdoor space was great!
