Liked: It was quiet and comfortable with free parking. The staff were super chill.
Disliked: I'm not totally familiar with all the facilities that are offered by the HI Whistler. However, there didn't seem to be nearby places to eat. I have a vehicle so I can cruise somewhere to get food. if I didn't have a vehicle, then that would be kind of inconvenient.

Very Nice Hostel to stay

Liked: The staff was very helpful and communicative, the kitchen is fully equipped, the Bed/Washroom ratio seems to be good.

A good stay

Liked: Hostel is in good condition, clean and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and only 4 in each dorm. Each dorm shares a shower and toilet with only one other dorm, never experienced any congestion.
Disliked: A bit of a distance from Whistler, but no problem with an own car - or catch the bus. A little expensive, but so is everything in Canada.

Great stay!

Liked: Great location with hikes and walks nearby. Free parking which was handy. Helpful staff when asking about hikes and they even offer to lend you bear spray if you haven't got any which was great.
Disliked: Having to give over my ID to borrow the bear spray could have been a bit of an issue if I'd needed it while out and about, but I understand they want to get their spray back, and I only didn't have my ID while out on the walk - so no bother.
