Would stay again!

Liked: Safe location and lovely views around especially at sunset! Took a few buses from nearby which were easy to get to and on time. Comfortable beds, clean room and facilities. Several nice common areas, mixture of ages of guests, met some great people.
Disliked: Would be helpful to have a shelf / plug socket for the top bunk beds (mine didn't). Breakfast was pretty basic but did the job!

The most relaxing, beautiful place...

Liked: Absolultely love this hostel, and have now made a ritual of visiting once a year! I love the breakfast, I LOVE the room. I've been lucky enough to stay in a room with views of the Golden Gate Bridge each night! Never wanted to leave!

Liked: Good location, although a good 20-30 minute walk to the main pier.Amazing views of SFO brindge.
