Disliked: Shower was leaking and you could not control the room temperature, it got a bit cold sometimes. The elevators weren’t working and they told me that beforehand, but there was zero intention from the staff to give you a hand with the luggage. My room was in the 4th floor and I had 3 pieces of luggage, including a large one.

Liked: Highly recommended! Staff were amazing. I felt safe during my entire stay here. They have free simple breakfast (toast, coffee, tea, and fruits) which I really love. Kitchen is available if you want to cook. Ice machine and hot water is also available. They have a nice common space on the second floor where you can hang out if you want. There are plenty of nearby cafés, diners, fast-food restaurants, and convenience stores. Location is great as it is a few minutes away from BART Powell St. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here.
Disliked: Elevator is under maintenance at the time of our stay but still alright.
