Disliked: The rooms in the back of the hotel were rented to teens, they were up yelling and running oast rooms and up and down the stairs till literally 3am. We got almost no sleep and were facing a long drive the next morning. It was truly exhausting, yet there was no one to call and no staff to take care of it. Contactless is good until its not.

Liked: Value. Clean room. Convenience.
Disliked: No refrigerator in room. No drain plug in sink bad smell up from pipes. HVAC very loud.

Liked: We missed the breakfast, unfortunately. Location was great and our side of the hotel was quiet. Very cute and quirky. Loved the funny signs.
Disliked: There was no parking when we arrived, as it was jam packed, so we went to get dinner and came back later and it was fine. Random toothbrush under the bed, but otherwise was very clean. Would have appreciated extra coffee pods since there were 4 of us in the room, but I found someone who gave us a couple more. Priced high, but there was a music festival in the area...so I get it

Room good but getting in...

Liked: Did not understand the digital check in. Dont like that system. Any questions took awhile to get a response back. Very difficult for first time users of this system.
Disliked: Digital check in and no one to talk to about the process
