Disliked: I wish there was a way to add an extra night instead of just booking another room

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable, though relatively small.
Disliked: For a multiple day stay, there should be extra coffee available. Since there is no staff on-site, and housekeeping is every three days, if you are on-site for two days, you get no coffee on your second day. Reactivating the coffee station on the second floor would fix this issue.

Sketchy arriving late at night...

Disliked: When I arrived at this “contact less “hotel, I had just booked my stay and had to go through several steps to actually acquire my room key… I thought it would be automatic when I booked the hotel. It was a bit of a hassle and added a 20 minutes on my arrival when I was already tired. In addition, when I rolled into the back parking lot, there were many cars with their lights on and people sitting inside, which was very offputting. When I left early the next morning, all of the cars were gone except for maybe one or two guest cars. I have no idea what’s going on this parking lot at night but it did not feel above board.
