Liked: The dorms (for four) were spacious and clean. They really need to put some hooks on the doors or walls to hang up coats/dressing gowns.
Disliked: Breakfast area good but buffet poorly organised. Eggs ran out almost immediately, need to be ordered, as people taking four at a time. Also the fruit ran out. Need more coffee stations always running out. Staff few and far between and usually under pressure.

Liked: The breakfast being included was a game changer.The activities for residents especially the city tour was a great experience.
Disliked: My bedding was not changed for my entire stay.

Liked: It was nice friendly clean and economical it has a fully stocked kitchen which allows you to bring your own food and cook it which was a plus it is quiet and you really can get rest in there
