Very Clean and short to...

Very good

Great location and activities, rude/demeaning...

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was okay-a little more variety from day to day would be great. Cleaning staff was friendly, other staff not so much. We liked the quiet private room with kitchen/sitting area. We liked the tours and yoga.
Disliked: The staff was not friendly and a few were downright rude and demeaning to guests. On Friday, 4/11 between 9:00-10:00 am, the woman working the front desk at this time was terrible.

Fair price in downtown Chicago

Liked: I ended up at this property due to a missed flight and because it was a convenient location to the bus station. I rented a private room with shared bathroom and it was just what I needed. The room was in a group of 4 with a private bathroom shared between them. The property also had a common area with games and a space to meet other travelers.
Disliked: Basic accommodations, dated common spaces.
