I loved it

Liked: The hotel is placed in a very good area which right in the center, but you are still away from the big noise of the city. The hotel has decent size rooms, with good amnesties. the staff is very helpful and they will go beyond to ensure you have a good stay in the hotel. it is also very clean, they have a very nice coffee shop downstairs (which is very popular), and there is also a bar with an excellent bartender.

Liked: great location, close to subway and bus lines, nearby inexpensive places to eat, large room with sitting area, plus bedroom and bath.

Liked: Location is well placed
Disliked: General cleanliness of hotel. On checking in there was a tissue on the floor that hadn’t made its way to be bin. Housekeeping cleared it away the next day. I saw a mouse in the lobby…I understand it’s New York, but to see it shoot across to the cafe area made me never want to get anything in that cafe or sit in the space. The throws on the best felt unhygienic.

Liked: Good location to get around, staff very helpeful and breakfast was ok
Disliked: Rooms are a little small but as we were out all day it wasn't a massive problem and always cleaned everyday with fresh towels.

Disliked: The floor was really cold, but that’s about it. Other things were good :)

Bad

Disliked: Don't stay here if you want to have a good nights sleep. Appreciate it's a busy city but with the paper thin windows and walls you may as well have been sleeping on the pavement.
