Liked: Lovely cozy room, perfect position for buzzing around the city centre, close to all the touristic attractions, restaurants and cafes, just few steps away from the water front!

Liked: Great location, excellent helpful staff and very clean. We had a fridge in the room which was a welcome bonus. A member of staff brought us a bucket of ice for our drinks too. Well equipped room with coffee maker, kettle, dressing gowns and slippers. We didn't use the dressing gowns, but used the slippers. Ironing board and iron available too within the room. Comfortable bed.

Liked: Lovely hotel, gorgeous rooms fantastic staff and a great location. Just a little bit noisy with the music from the nearby bars at night unfortunately

Liked: Perfect location for all the city facilities. Staff very polite and friendly.
Disliked: - The hotel is very tired and in need of refurbishment. - Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows as old as the worn out carpets!- Constant smell circulating from the bathroom/drainage.- got email to confirm there is a discount at Q parking, so parked there, but only to be told that has to be prebooked! - room did not get refreshed even though we requested it.we have stayed here 6 times previously, due to loction. Each time getting generally worse, we will not stay here again now. it is poor value, poor quality and uncomfortable
