Disliked: Lovely room, mattress was to hard for me, but mattresses are very much a personal preference, I would just take my topper if stayed again. Staff were really nice and welcoming. Would definatly stay again and location was great.

Liked: Very clean excellent hotel friendly staff and ideal location handy for the docks and pier head and the cavern quarter will definitely be rebooking in the near future

Liked: Good location, close to Liverpool one and bars
Disliked: Next to a nightclub so thudding sound coming through the walls until early hours in the morning. Tough to sleep.

Great value and clean comfy...

Liked: The hotel manager Jack is an absolute gentleman. He will always help and advise you when he can as other members of staff do. The rooms are spotless with comfy beds.We have stayed here on numerous occasions as it’s located right in the city centre. Absolutely great value within easy reach of main attractions.

Liked: Perfect location, you can reach everything by walk. Rooms are large and well-equipped.
Disliked: Bed could have been more comfortable and bed sheets were ripped, something you wouldn't expect at 4 stars.
