Liked: We have stayed here twice before and we’re happy with it however this time was different. We were in a room on the 2nd floor, it had a stale smell when we arrived, the carpet was filthy. We were there from Thursday to Monday and the room didn’t get serviced at all. They emptied the bin on the second day, didn’t make the bed or provide clean bedding the whole stay and we had to ask for more shower gel. It was very disappointing. One member of staff was helpful the guy with long hair but apart from that the rest of the staff didn’t speak. It has definitely lowered its standards.

Spotlessly clean rooms, superb location

Liked: Great location, good value and spotlessly clean and comfortable room. It’s my second visit and I’ll use again.
Disliked: Shame they don’t offer breakfast!!

Disliked: Noise from bar underneath room until midnight
