Very good

Liked: Good location - close to the metro station, and to the bus that goes to the airport. Comfortable bed and shower. Next door to the sport club with swimming pools, though it's for an additional price.
Disliked: There is no coffee/tea in the room, but we've got an election kettle on request.

Well located, beautiful hotel

Liked: The staff was kind and helpfulThe location of the hotel is perfect, 2 minutes away from metro or bus stations and around 20 minutes walking to the Santa Cruz neighborhood, Cathedral, Giralda and other attractionsThe bed and pillows were very confortableThe room and bathroom are beautiful and spacious CleanlinessThe terrace is very nice
Disliked: The bathroom door has a gap between it and the wall so it is not very private.There should be a hanger in the room

Liked: Refurbished rooms were much better. Spacious bathrooms
Disliked: No coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Lovely buffet breakfast. Staff all super helpful and polite. Right next to the metro into the historic centre (though we walked most days). Bars and cafes, shopping centre close by. Small pool great for dipping.
Disliked: Room was lovely but would have preferred a double bed to two singles next to one another.
