Liked: The decor is so eclectic and fun. It’s a perfect location near the metro but also a quick walk into the city center. The room was very comfortable too.

Nice hotel

Liked: Very nice, clean hotel, located just by metro station not far from city centre. Staff was fantastic, especially Ms. Susanna at the front desk.
Disliked: Parking was pretty expensive.

Very good

Liked: Its in an excellent location, walking distance to the city but also right beside the Metro and the airport bus. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the decor is bright and fresh and restaurant was very good - lovely tapas.The wait to check took a very long time - huge opportunity to make this quick & easy for everyone. Few small annoyances with no conditioner in shower, soap dispensers not working very well and would have been great to have an option of a smaller /flatter pillow as they were all very large. So overall would recommend, lovely quality hotel.

Disliked: The family room was two connecting rooms and the doors would not fully open. Very uncomfortable for families moving between rooms. Beds were not comfortable.
