Very disappointing

Liked: Location & decor
Disliked: The outside bar/club was so loud I could not sleep, I was no warned about it, I had to go to reception to request a different room, as they did not answer the phone. I then had to mive my belongings on my own to the new room then at 3am the hotel fire alarm went off for at least 60 seconds, before it was turned off. Reception did not know what triggered the alarm. All in all it was a very disappointing stay, and dispite voicing my dissatisfaction, nobody offered me any apology or goodfaith voucher.

Perfect location, fabulous entrance staff,...

Liked: Perfect location, nicely decorated - great touch of the club/bar downstairs and having a choice of breakfast included within room was great.
Disliked: The room was insanely hot - it did have an extra large dyson fan, and we turned the radiator off, the heated towel rail and opened the windows but as ladies that had previously showered and done our hair, we had no choice but to re shower due to how hot it was… and we live in Cyprus

Liked: The actual room was really good, clean, spacious and exceeded my expectations.Breakfast very good, value for moneyAmbience of the place was great.
Disliked: Even though the room was lovely, the noise from the windows was terrible. There were strong winds that night. They rattled and at one point I thought they had actually shattered!Am sure if they get secondary glazing it would resolve this problem.

Lovely ovenight stay

Liked: The room was very comfortable as was the bed. The shower above bath was powerful.The breakfast included in room price was superb. High quality ingredients and very well-prepared. Overall service was great.
Disliked: The location is a problem due to relative inaccessibility for taxis.
