Ij hqved use this hotel...

Disliked: I visited hertford for a funeral when I returned to hotel I forgot to book breakfast for the next day I was told that the restaurant was fully booked I was offered to get breakfast at the bar but at 76 this was not excepable2

Convenient occasional base for work

Disliked: Room far too hot & air-con is controlled by reception staffWoken by glass recycling collection 4.15AM which surely shouldn’t be allowed!

Liked: Front desk staff was exceptional. Breakfast was really lovely! We’d stay there again.
Disliked: Parking in the town parking garage only because the elevators in the garage are shut down at 6p.
