Liked: customer service was great :) rooms where nice. Young receptionist very helpful, and the bar staff where very professional and welcoming - rooms where exceptional

Pleasant stay, great location, ok-value.

Liked: Excellent location, and friendly welcome. The breakfast included with the room, and served in the beautiful bar area was a highlight. The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The property functions as a nightclub in the basement at weekends. They state this clearly, but be aware. I was in a room at the front, which also doubles as the smoking area. Even with closed windows, it made the room smell of smoke. Fortunately it was much quieter shortly after 1am and I slept well. People who like an early night might struggle!

Lovely hotel spotless room great...

Liked: The room was spotless and very comfortable.
Disliked: The evening menu and food served could have been better however the breakfast was excellent.

Liked: Great location, suitable for all our needs. Staff as usual were excellent, friendly and very helpful. We have stayed many times and have always found the place to be great.
