Good location, comfortable rooms.

Disliked: Reception not welcoming. Food dreadful - eat out. Very tired in public areas - wallpaper pealing off the walls, water marks on the ceiling etc

Dissapointed
Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Bar staff friendly.
Disliked: The reaction and way my issue was dealt with when I noticed I had been over charged. They had made a mistake and over charged me. It took a message to the hotel via Booking.com and only on the 3rd phone call by me to them, 24 hours later, was the issue dealt with and a reimbursement (hopefully) setup. I feel this should have been dealt with as a higher priority and has unfortunately soured my opinion of the place.
