Liked: Nothing
Disliked: This hotel is a dump.The pictures and description of the property is a lie. Paid for the room but did not stay there. That is how disgusting it was.This property should NOT be on Booking.com.

It was fine for a...

Liked: They had comfortable beds, and the breakfast was ok.
Disliked: There was no information given at check in, like where to park, what the Internet code was. It was like staying in an old cabin, you could hear the person in the bathroom next door, and every footstep of the person staying above you. They also have a card in the bathroom claiming to to use all Salt spring Island products which they clearly do not.

Always our favourite place to...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. I discovered I'd lost a mouthguard when I got home, and while it didn't turn up at the hotel, they went out of their way to try to find it for me.

Liked: The location was perfect, right across from the beach. Room was nicely furnished and clean. The one staff member we interacted with was polite and welcoming. I would definitely stay again.
