Lovely Weekend Stay in the...

Liked: We arrived and got greeted by a lovely staff member checking us in in less than 5 min.The room was great in size and we had twin bedding set up as requested which was wonderful. We stayed at the Lodge Room and it was great . We stayed for the weekend for Summersalt at the Roche Estate and it was the perfect location being 5min down the road. Accommodation felt very fresh and recently renovated and we really loved it. It was quiet and with a lovely restaurant on site with amazing food, cocktails and wonderful service. We also got some wonderful recommendations from the lovely lady at the reception. Absolutely highly recommend this property for a weekend or week away. It's so beautiful and feels so more personal being a small er property and everythign is so close to drive or via Uber. Amazing!

Liked: Good location although quite remote as the village does not have a centre..Hotel provides a voucher for wine tasting across the road at First Creek winery.
Disliked: Food shops / supermarket is 11km awayOnsit restaurant is quite expensive - 2 courses - 85AUD. And was closed on 2 nights.No ccoking facilities within the roomToo far to walk anywhere …. You need a car !

Liked: Great location for the purpose of our trip. Greeted by friendly staff on arrival. Our twin room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were soft and comfortable. Aircon worked well and not noisy.

Liked: Nice view of vineyard, easy comms with reception, very nice restaurant Pescara on-site and it's close to wineries. We were in a studio room
Disliked: No complaints. We found it handy for Take That concert just a few kms along McDonald at Bimbadgen

Great stay! Recommend!

Liked: Close to everything, a very large room right on the vineyards!
Disliked: A few more PowerPoints in room could be handy but overall definitely not a dealbreaker
