Disliked: Staff couldn't manage to code the keys for my room. One staff member said he'd look into it then appeared to go off his shift. There was a connecting door in our room that seemed to be unlocked with no way of locking it.

Liked: I had an unexpected stay after a trip to hospital and subsequent discharge. The young man on the overnight desk was exceptional and went out if his way to look after me.
Disliked: After arriving at 1am in tbe morning and paying $380 for the night being directly iver the caroark gate was excessively noisy. A late check out would have been useful

Hotel stay before flight out...

Liked: Service at check-in. Shirley was great! 3 beds in room. Covered parking.
Disliked: Hotel was dated. Looked and smelled old.

Home away from home but...

Liked: Everything! The location the view the spacious rooms the fact their was onsite parking. Such an amazing place to stay.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we could say stood out as us not liking! Even the room had a washer and dyer! They have thought of everything!!!
