It was like staying in a friend's home. Staff was super friendly and service was excellent.

Liked: Breakfast and happy hour were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

What a comfortable place to stay. Close to the action too. The sweet young girl from the front desk was such a hostess. (looked like Jenna Bush). Served people during breakfast and was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel staff got us a driver for the concert. It was great! Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: I put a different credit card in when I checked in online expecting that it would be used to charge my room but they used my original card. On my 2nd day if stay, I had asked one of the desk personnel about it and she indicated that she would communicate my issue to the manager the next morning. When I checked back the next morning, the card had not been changed and it appeared nothing had been communicated about my issue.

Pleasant

Disliked: The microwave did not accommodate the bag of popcorn and the time was too long when set with the "Popcorn" designated button. Consequently, the popcorn burned and smelled the room up terribly. : (

Fits our tight budget well....

Liked: It was close to everything we needed. Close to the mall and easy access to the highway. The rooms was nice and quiet and the temperature was great in the room. Helpful staff and easy parking. Fits our tight budget well.
Disliked: Breakfast was good. Just have to go early as things like eggs do run out. Breakfast sausages instead of patties would be great and maybe some juice? otherwise, the coffee was good and We liked the Biscuits.
