Disappointing

Liked: I didn't like too much, room had roaches, besides the regualar payment, they request a $50 deposit, and a Surcharge of $2.00 per night.
Disliked: Some staff (oldest lady with white hair, in the front desk) are not too polite, you say good morning or good evening, she will look at you & ignored your greet, with a very sower face.

Liked: The location is great 7 minutes from my job which is amazing in its self. I love the have laundry facilities onsite including vending machines and microwave. The jacuzzi is the very best part I've been freaking the heritage Inn for the past year due to me being a travel nurse.
Disliked: Well what I didn't like about my current stay I reserved my room like hours in advance. When I get there at 1pm the following day to try and check it early I asked about the early check it rate. And she told me that it varies okay cool and this was over the phone she said that she hadn't received my reservation! Okay so I emailed the heritage from the app my confirmation number for my reservation she still said she didn't receive it! So finally I went to the hotel @ 1pm because I had to be at work at 3:00pm. I go in and talk to the clerk she was rude she wasn't trying to hear what I was saying I tryed showing her the reservation from my phone she wouldn't look at it. It was terrible.
