Liked: The breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The taps in the bathroom were extremely hard to turn on and off. They continuously dripped. No hot water in the morning for a shower

Liked: The staff were very good and all helpful. Breakfast was tasty and warm every morning The room was bland and dated, no pictures on the walls. No elevators to the second floor

Not as it seems!

Liked: The rooms are not as they appear online. The hallways look as though there has been water damage to the wallpaper. When we got into our room it was very cold, we turned up the heat and when we got back from our event, it had only increased slightly. We called the front desk and they did send someone up to look at it, unfortunately it was just the fan that turned on and it only increased slightly more overnight. The bathroom needs repairs. There was corrosion along the baseboards and the tile around the tub looked gross. In the morning when we went to shower, there was no hot water and the pipes shook so bad from the pressure it sounded like it was going to come off the wall. The pool is not how it appears online, with dead plants around and no working hot tub. We did not swim as it did not seem appealing. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

Liked: The room was clean. The Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hot tub was broken. There was a lock out no one had told us about that caused us some panic when we got there. (We weren't sure we still had a room. )We didn't know we got breakfast till we got there.

Liked: It was quiet as there were few people there. The price was reasonable despite the time of year.
Disliked: Well, the hotel advertises a lounge and restaurant and a bar which were all shut. So that was very annoying, I guess it was a Sunday or they had no staff, which were outside in a strike/ job position. Apparently they are not keen on their employees or any employees for that matter save the front desk staff.
