Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Moose Jaw, Moose Jaw

Paid $280 for 2 nights....

Liked: Did not go for breakfast. Closed to early for us Could easily extend the breakfast hours since the restaurant was huge and completely empty the entire 2 days we were there.
Disliked: Flushed the toilet once and it ran all night Bathroom was very small-literally not even one inch between the toilet and the door when it was open Heating unit kept turning on despite us turning it off several times. And it blew cold air no matter how high we tried to set it. We were freezing all night. Remote control for tv didn’t work-tried to change the batteries but it still didn’t workOne very small bottle of shampoo for 3 adults-we called for more explaining we had 3 people showering in the room-we got one more small bottle and one extra towel. Went to the dollar store and bought shampoo Hot tub was closed which was disappointing as we were looking forward to a hot soak after a long drive Room was located right by stairwell so we heard the loud heavy door slamming all night Strong smell of cannabis in the hallway right outside our room and in the stairwell Moved rooms our second night. Room was over looking the pool-light from pool area flooded our room all night even with the curtains closed The hotel was a literal maze-took awhile to walk to the lobby area and at one point we thought we’d got lost and ended up in an area that looked like an empty loading dock-turns out we were in the right place. Ran in to several other guests who were also lost. No sign directions for ice machine

Liked: We liked everything. The hotel was neat and clean, the pool was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!!!!
Disliked: The hot tub was still out of service, but they did let us know ahead of time

Great location and comfy beds,...

Liked: The beds were very comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great!
Disliked: The price. Wow. For what the hotel is this weekend rate was way too high.

Great for a quick stay

Liked: The property was good for a quick stay due to weather. Friendly staff, which is great! The breakfast was decent too.
Disliked: The heating source.. you have to have the loud heater on all the time. There isn’t an option where you can have it go on every 20 minutes etc. if you turned it off the room got very cold quickly( -40 out that night)
