Excellent experience from check in...

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It felt like home. The breakfast vouchers were an unexpected bonus! It was very convenient to have breakfast and dinner available in the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.I LOVED the gym they provided!!! Best gym in a hotel stay yet. That alone exceeded my expectations. Nice pool and hot tub too! You could live there!
Disliked: I didn't dislike anything. I would choose my stay here again!

Nicely renovated rooms in the...

Liked: The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. The beds and the pillows very nice. The bathroom layout with two sinks, and a tub shower,is a bonus. Coffee available in the room and extra items for the coffee available at the front desk just for the asking the room, painted and decorated nicely .
Disliked: All right recently renovated rooms aside very nice, The lobby lounge and restaurant and the rest of the hotel, including the basement pool and spa area are stuck in the 1970s. Hotel could use major renovation, maybe a lobby coffee set up, which is always nice in most hotels. maybe completely redesigning and taking down walls around the lounge to make the area feel more cohesive . in the basement, where a vinyl lined Pool with no proper entrance and only two exit ladders and a hot tub that was over chlorinated . Big opportunity here lots of room in the basement for a beautiful facility if it were only built.

Liked: Breakfast was great as was the young lady who served us.
Disliked: Our experience with booking.com on this trip was not good. It seems that communication between the company and the hotels is poor. We ended up once again paying a fee for our dog at the hotel despite having told booking.com that we were coming with our pet and assuming that whatever we paid included a pet fee if the hotel had one. I have questioned this before in the feedback I provided. Also the young ladies who were working at the front desk when we checked out were great. It was a different story when we checked in. It is highly unlikely that we will try to work with booking.com in the future.
