Getting the room changed two times and moving our stuff all around really sucks.

Liked: That there was another room available to move to.
Disliked: First room only had hot water coming from the sink - scalding hot. Second room the beds weren't made; third room was OK.

Disliked: Communication between staff and managers not working. Lost my ability to extend stey due to lack of communication within their unit of employees

Liked: The location was great to walk to for a concert at Lost on Main.
Disliked: The free breakfast was non-existent. Just some coffee and cereal and stale bagels. There was not even sugar for the coffee. It was a joke.
