Liked: Check-In was good, rooms are clean, HotTub works, Good guest service
Disliked: Printer was out of paper for a couple days, coffee creamer in the lobby was not restocked for a couple days.

Must visit to appreciate!

Liked: The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Great service and quiet but close to everything in town. The pictures didn't do the beautiful interior justice!
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Good promises poor delivery!

Liked: The room was clean and updated.
Disliked: The hotel has no front office staff. The entire two days, there was a sign indicating the front staff was assisting other guests. Humm, hard to believe because if we called staff from a phone on the desk, the “staff” arrived from a back room, not from assisting other guests. Even though the hotel touted they provide 24/7 coffee/juice, the coffee maker and juice machine were out of order for the vast majority of our stay. Extremely poor customer service. Choose other locations.

Liked: There was a continental breakfast indicated with our booking. However in the morning, there wasn’t a breakfast. A staff member greeted us on checking in but not on vacating. No janitorial staff or any other staff around. Garbage sitting in the hall from the afternoon we checked in until the next am when we left. There were fecal smears on the desk chair. Heavy dust on bed head board & pictures.
