Liked: room was amazing , the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel and the location was superb
Disliked: There was no staff available at the Towers reception and no one answered the phone that is left on the counter

Liked: Lots of facilities - gyms, pools, sauna, tennis court. Loved the addition of a kitchen in the room. Well located and close to central Auckland. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The fit out of the hotel - particularly in the tower block - felt a little tired. Despite this it was a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Great to accomodate 4 adults...

Liked: Loved that our one bedroom apartment could accommodate 4 adults. Loved the rooftop pool and spa
Disliked: Still surrounded by roadworks, and major tree felling making for a noisy afternoon

Liked: The bed was comfortable - rooftop swimming pool was nice refreshing. Hotel is in a central location close to local amenities
Disliked: The rooms was very run down in need of refurbishment. The reception bar was gone, the breakfast area was closed.
