Lovely stay, would return.

Liked: We was upgraded to a lovely room, staff were lovely and accommodating.
Disliked: We had to move rooms due to some noisy neighbours which ruined our experience, staff were accommodating quickly. Had an issue with the breakfast too. Ordered room service and messed up our order so I called down for them to correct it but never did and I had already paid the 55 Euro, they said they would give me a refund but still hasn’t come through yet…

Liked: The room was very comfortable if not amazing. The bathroom was nice and everything worked well. One complaint I would have is the hangers that have to be taken off the hook are a nuisance.
Disliked: The staff at reception were not particularly friendly and had to be prompted to give any info. I had booked breakfast and had to ask if that was the case.
