Liked: the room was quiet and clean. The hotel is located near Union Square and is closed to the bart station which is very convenient. There were a fridge and a boiler so that managing breaffast was easy.

Liked: We were booked at the Herbert Hotel and upgraded to its sister hotel Hotel Stratford just 1 block away. Everything went well. I recommend this hotel. Close proximity to everything you need. Thank you.

Liked: They gave me a free upgrade for the their sister hotel to Stratford. Normally I would stay in a shared bathroom at the Herbert hotel but I had my own bathroom room in Hotel Stratford.The room was small but cute and enough for me. Room was very clean. They also accepted my early check-in request because they had available rooms.
Disliked: The hotel was very noisy because it was in Union Square, there was a constant noise throughout the day and night. There was no kettle or small refrigerator in the room.

Liked: Location, bathtub.Staff in the morning help us to carry 4 big luggage from 7th floor due to the lift was out of service. He is a hero.
Disliked: The bed was not okay, the lift was out of service, check in should be at Stafford Hotel, the heater not adequate. No refrigerator, no microwave.
