Liked: Nice hotel, close to town centre
Disliked: Slow lift but didn’t bother us as we took the stairs

Great location and some great...

Liked: Location was amazing. Very close to Baths / Pulteney Bridge, pubs etc
Disliked: The bathroom was freezing, the breakfast well overpriced for what it was. The bar lacked any kind of ambience. Having to wait 10 minutes for water to run in the bathroom wasn’t ideal either

Disliked: My room was small it could be a wardrobe. Slanting ceilings. Hopeless lighting. nowhere to sit except bed.

Fine for one evening stay,...

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, and staff were very friendly!
Disliked: Hotel could do with a lick of paint lots of damaged and chipped old paintwork. Stairs were very worn and uneven and lift was unpredictable and extremely slow. Bed was super uncomfortable and rooms are a lot smaller than photos show. Carpets could do with a good clean too, along with a good dust needed throughout the rooms.

Liked: The location and staff
Disliked: Room was very small, bed was small and in the rain there was a drip outside the bedroom window that made quite a noise. I also understand its an old building but the floorboards outside the bedroom door were constantly creaking which made it sound like there was someone outside the door all night. Quite unerving when your trying to get to sleep
