Liked: Easy to get too and the location is perfect.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything seemed good.

Poor, dirty

Liked: The room wasn’t as advertised in the pictures. The room and bathroom was dirty. Floor was sticky. When speaking to the staff it’s as if they didn’t listen to my concerns.
Disliked: As above. Staff asking me for 5 star review even though I said it was poor service.

Fantastic place to stay!

Liked: Such a cute place! My room was bigger than I expected for a European hotel, I had plenty of space to unpack all of my stuff. It’s a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from most anywhere. And the staff was always smiling and friendly.

Liked: Very easy check in & out, great location near Putney Bridge.
Disliked: Arrived around 8pm. Bar area very bright, we would have stayed for a drink in the bar area but too bright not very cosy. So we went out to a little restaurant near by. A shaving mirror would have been great for make up application

Disliked: A room that was the size of a shoebox, nit in the main hotel. Window didn't close properly, radiator didn't work and was replaced with a tiny plug in Radiator. Slept in a hat due to cold. Shouldhave been told it wasn't a proper sized room when I booked it.
