Stayed one night but had...

Disliked: I stayed only one night and checked out in the morning but I was charged for four nights! I told the desk that I would be leaving due to health reasons at 7:00 pm on the day that I checked in and they still charged me for four nights! That’s absurd! Another thing I didn’t like was that you could not secure the door from the inside. This makes me a little nervous because anyone with a key can open your room door! Lastly, the cords from the lights were frayed making this a little unsafe in my opinion! But the biggest issue is that I had to pay for four nights and not just one!

Liked: Vibe of late XIX century of the building; quiet, homey atmosphere and smooth service.
Disliked: The toiletries could be of better quality and could be vary instead of being basic.
