Liked: Location to downtown Napa was excelent.
Disliked: There was a television or radio on all night in another room. The room was old and musty. The chairs were very uncomfortable.

Liked: Friendly staff, great comfy bed, good food, good location.
Disliked: Since we didn't come to breakfast until 9 eggs were reheated instead of fresh but all food was still good. Some issues getting check in/out info via emails.

It worth the $$$$

Liked: Nice location, rustic Victorian charm and breakfast service was nice.
Disliked: Ants in bathroom. Contacted management at three 3 different occasions and still no resolutions. We paid extra for a suite with a tub full of ants.

Disliked: A little more variety of breakfast foods.

Liked: It is ~ 0.6 mile to down town Napa
Disliked: 1. We can not find and access our room. It takes about 1 hour to be able to get into the room. (Never get an email about the access code to the room or map to the room)2. The room/house has a smell (old house smell/carpet/ food smell.)3. I got a breakfast. I ask for one more piece of bread. They do not have any extra 1 more pieces of bread for customers. They make exactly one piece per customer. Also, I got a response to my request in unfriendly manner.4. The rating is 4 stars and I paid 380$ per night. It should be a 2-star rating and not worth 380 $ /night. (Old house smell, limited food, and unable to access room for an hour after arrival).

Great location; crap bed.

Liked: Location was great—within walking distance of downtown. Liked the common areas. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a queen, but was smaller than that. The AC/heating was abysmal. We couldn’t ever get a stable temperature in the room. At night, it alternated heating and cooling repeatedly. And the vent was right next to the bed, so it would blow on one of us the entire night unless covered by a pillow—which we finally did.
