Liked: The staff was friendly. They accepted our 1hour early check-in with thanks. Also, they called us 15min after checking in if everything was OK which was very nice. The beds were super comfy. After long hours of travelling around the city, we never felt any pain on the bed.
Disliked: There were some hair in the sink and in the bath tub when we checked in. The blankets were not covered with sheets with buttons. They just put two layers of sheets one on top one at the bottom of the blanket instead. However, it is hard to keep your body to touch the blanket which is not hygienic. The AC was working unstable. When we turn it on for hot weather, it was blowing super hot air. The room becomes very hot. When we turn it off, it is getting cold. Even if we keep it on, it stops automatically during the night. Maybe there was an easy way to make it correct and we should have asked the staff about it which we did not.
