Liked: Location is exceptional. Proximity to Earls Court is extremely convenient. Front desk service was fantastic too. Love this hotel with great walking access to all of the sights. Highly recommend!

Liked: The hotel is off the busy main thoroughfare of Earl's Court, just a five minute walk from the tube and immediately, you are in a quiet, elegant square, overlooking a small park. The key dispenser on the outside was new to me, but easy-to-follow instructions. The reception/ lobby/lounge was compact but pleasant, with nice modern sofas and plenty of books.The lift was small, but worked fine and my room was tiny, but immaculate and cleverly designed for comfort and ease. The fittings were completely contemporary and ergonomic. The bed was very comfortable and the furniture and fittings of good quality. I loved the heavy, velvetty curtains. You are able to plug in any kind of device into an impressive media bank. The room contained everything you might need, with clear instructions how to operate TV remote, Media bank and air-con.Breakfast was ample and very tasty in a light conservatory in the garden. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. All in all, this was one of my favourite stays in London and I will come again.
Disliked: Initially, entry felt slightly intimidating, but it was actually easy enough. Slightly budget-feel due to the size of rooms.
