Disliked: Our room had an attic access panel that wouldn’t stay closed. There was about a 2” gap around all the edges. This alone wasn’t a big deal. But there was a bright light on inside the attic space and very loud HVAC equipment running all night. So throughout my attempts to sleep I would be awakened by these very annoying lights and sounds multiple times throughout the night.

Disliked: No heat in room shower leaked hot tubs weren't accessible upon arrival we had our chocolate covered strawberries eatin not by us pricing for drinks was high considering what we already pay for the room. I was just disappointed

Liked: I like the room and the bed was very comfortable. Food was also very good.
Disliked: When i booked the stay i also paid for massages but when we got there they were all booked and then the hot tub was through the spa and we couldnt access til after 630 when the last massages were done. Well after 630 we were informed they had to shut it down because of the rain which was understable but just disappointing. Everything was closed at 830pm as we tried to go down stairs for dessert. Ended up going to coldstone.
