Dirty - ants and fleas...

Disliked: Bed bugs, ants and fleas in our bed. We had to leave a night early because of how unclean the faculties were. We even asked to either be switched to a new room or have someone clean the room and we didn’t receive a response.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: No longer get breakfast with room, now a extra charge, not normal for a b&b

Liked: The location was in the center of the historic district making many restaurants music venues and shopping convenient
Disliked: Since the location was in the middle of the historic district It was a little noisy. The backed up To a commercial area, so we heard parking and trash picked up noise. The rooms were okay but I was expecting more from a bed and breakfast facility

Liked: We couldn't get the tv to work not sure if it was us or it just wasn't working

Very good

Liked: It was quiet unlike hotel stays. The staff were very friendly. The location made getting around downtown easy and convenient if you wanted to go back to get out of heat for a while.
Disliked: I wished there was a main gathering/sitting area.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Parking off site, breakfast was very basic and same both morning aside from different protein. Not a B&B vibe as our room was above a garage and breakfast table area was only area welcome to. More a hotel /continental breakfast lobby feel.

Liked: Good location the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good
Disliked: I didn’t like that. They didn’t have a small refrigerator or a microwave or a table to put things on or eat at even if it was a small table
